Mad Pizza started in 2025 when two brothers, Mat and Dustin, decided to open a small local shop serving pizza the way they remembered it growing up—simple, honest, and actually good. No buzzwords, no fake nostalgia.

Their grandpa used to make pizza from scratch—nothing fancy, just solid ingredients and time. That stuck with them. So they pulled from his old recipes: let the dough rise overnight, simmer the sauce low and slow, and shred the cheese themselves.
